Commercial terms
Price basis: Ex-Metal warehouse, Lebanon; delivery to project site not included.
Payment: 30% advance payment and 70% by local documentary letter of credit (MT700), to be issued and operative before procurement. LC wording will be provided after receipt of the purchase order.
Delivery: Estimated 60–90 calendar days following order confirmation, receipt of advance payment, and operative LC, subject to confirmation.
Validity: 15 calendar days from issue date.
Taxes: VAT shown separately at 11%.
